Time to load the page: sound ok as i have experience of chaging my website design and the pages takeing more time to load and hence i am paying more money, curtosey of my Design/development team

presence of certain elements like privacy policy, terms and conditions, number of pages, presence of certain keywords on the pages: i am not really sure about it as i am running a website with just one page and Quality score is very high and i so is the CTR

So if the quality score is low as you say, is it necessary to change the account? Of it’s not necessary, is it helpful?

Thanks for sharing your research.
What do you think about testing with free sites - blogspot.com, wordpress.com, weebly.com etc? The subdomain issue may come into play, but it would be interesting to know whether some bad subdomains on these huge domains would affect every other subdomain.
